Day 01: Calicut
On arrival at the Cochin International Airport meet our tour representative who will escort you to the hotel. Calicut also known as Kozhikode. It was formerly the capital of the erstwhile Malabar District. Calicut, the most important city of Malabar region of Kerala, was a leading trading centre for spices on the West Coast of India during the medieval period Lush green forests, rivers, wildlife, hills, a unique culture and a warm friendly ambience invite the tourist. Rest of the day relax and overnight stay at Kappad Beach Resort.

Day 02: Calicut
After and later on move out for the local tour. Visit Pazhassirajah Museum, Art Gallery, Kozhikode Beach, Dolphin’s Point, Thikkoti Lighthouse and so on. Later on return back to the hotel and overnight at Kappadu Beach Resort.

Day 03: Calicut – Wayanad
Morning after breakfast drive to Wayanad. It is one of the most beautiful hill stations in Kerala where man and nature move hand in hand. It was earlier known as Mayakshetra (Maya’s land). Mayakshetra evolved into Mayanad and finally to Wayanad. It is known for its spice and tea plantations. It’s also the one of the important tribal areas of Kerala. The native Adivasis mainly consist of various sections like Paniyas, Kurumas, and others. On reaching Wayanad check in resort and relax for the rest of the day. Green Gates Resort.

Day 04: Wayanad
Morning after breakfast drive out for the local tour and visit the interesting places like Banasura Dam – the largest earth dam of India Chembra Peak – the highest peak in Tamil Nadu, Edakkal Cave , Kuruva Island , Muthanga Wild Life Sanctuary, Pookat Lake and so on. Day 05:Wayanad – Ooty
Morning after breakfast proceed to Ooty. Also known as Udhagamandalam is the “Queen of hill stations” and the capital of Nilgiris district. It is one of the most popular tourist resorts in India. Nilgiris means “Blue Mountains”. It is a land of picturesque picnic spots. Used to be popular summer and weekend getaway for the Britishers during the colonial days. It is situated at an altitude of 2,240 meters above sea level. Overnight at Ooty. Hotel Lake View Ooty.

Day 06:Ooty – Masinagudi
Transfer to Masinagudi. It’s an exotic locale situated a few kilometers before Ooty, on the Karnataka. Masinagudi is a beautiful place on the foothills of Nilgiris just after the Bandipur Wildlife Sanctuary in Karnataka. The place is lush green, peaceful and adventurous at the same time with a lot of trekking and hiking options available for one and all. Enjoy the beauty of Masinagudi and over night at Masinagudi. Day 07: Masinagudi – Kodaikkanal
After breakfast sight seeing. Coaker’s Walk winds around the town and has a view of some breathtaking sights of the surrounding countryside. Pillar Rocks are more than 120 mt high boulders, which can be viewed through the telescopes on Coakers Walk. Bryant and Chettiar Park that are a riot when the flowers are abloom. Silver Cascade waterfalls is the Flora and Fauna Museum that houses a collection of orchids. The Astrophysical Laboratory (established in 1899) has a small museum that opens on Fridays. Day 08: Kodaikanal – Madurai
After break fast, Drive to Madurai. Madurai: More than 2500 years old ancient city, situated on the banks of the river Vaigai Madurai is believed to have been built by the Pandyan King Kulasekara. Legend has it that drops of Maduram (nectar) fell from Lord Shiva’s locks when he came to bless its people for constructing a temple for him. Madurai’s history can be divided into four periods, beginning over 2000 years ago, when it was the capital of the Pandyan Kings. Apart from a brief period it fell to the Cholas, Madurai remain with Pandyan till the decline of the empire. The 200 year old reign of the Natakas marked the golden era when art, architecture and learning scaled new heights. Overnight at Madurai. GRT Regency

Day 09:Madurai
Visit Tirumalai Nayak Mahal: This Indo-Saracenic building was constructed in 1523 and was originally four times large are today. Sound and light show on the life of the Tirumalai Nayak and the story of the Silapathikaram are conduced daily. Vaniyur Mariamman Teppakulam This enormous temple tank is fed by water from the Vaigai river. The tank has a mandapam at the center enshrining Lord Vigneshwara. A colorful float festival is held in this tank every year. Meenakshi Temple This temple is the city’s main attraction. This temple is nearly 2000 years old placed in the heart of the old town – a splendid example of Dravidian architecture. The present temple was designed in 1560 by Vishwanatha Nayak and subsequently built during the reign of Tirumalai Nayak. There are four entrances to the temple with an area of six hectares. Each of its 12 towers has the height of 45 to 50 meters. Visit of 1000 pillar Mandapan (hall). Day 10: Madurai -Trivandrum/kovalam
Morning after breakfast board the cab to drive to Kovalam – the Paradise of the South. It is tiny beach which is one of the major tourist attractions. It is a picture perfect tropical beach.Kovalam means a grove of coconut trees and it is true to its name, one can get an endless sight of the coconut groves. Day 11:Trivandrum/kovalam
Morning after breakfast drive out for the local tour and visit the important places like Padmanabhapuram Palace, Kawdiar Palace, Napier Museum , Sanghumugham Beach , Varkala Beach and others. Later on return back to the resort for an overnight stay at Kovalam. Kovalam Beach Retreat.

Day 12:Trivandrum/kovalam

Day 13 and 14: Kovalam – Alleppey(Houseboat)
Morning after breakfast check into the deluxe houseboat to enjoy the 24 hours of backwater cruise from Kumarakom to Alleppey. This journey is considered to be one of the best attractions. The house boat is fully furnished with single and double bedrooms, sundeck, private balcony and a kitchen. It also comprises a chef, driver & cabin assistant. The materials that go into the making are all local and Eco friendly bamboo poles, coconut fiber ropes, bamboo mats, coir carpets etc. The main wood used is “Anjili”. Day 14: Alleppey(Houseboat) – Kumarakom

Day 15: Kumarakom – Thekkady
This morning, drive into the heart of the spice hills in Thekkady. The rest of the afternoon is free to enjoy a walk through the bustling spice market of Kumily village in Thekkady or you have the option of taking a boat cruise on Lake Periyar which is the best way to locate wildlife in Periyar Sanctuary (boats can be hired directly there). sight seeing of Thekkady. The sanctuary watchtowers: There are three watchtowers for observing wild life – at Edappalayam and Manakkavala and Thannikudi. Kumily: This plantation town, closely associated with Thekkady, is situated on the outskirts of the Periyar Sanctuary. It is an important shopping centre and spice trade centre, the main bus station. Day 16: Kumarakom – Thekkady
This morning, drive into the heart of the spice hills in Thekkady. Day 17: Thekkady – Munnar
Morning after breakfast drive towards Munnar – the gateway to the hills. It is one of the famous hill stations in Kerala. It was once the favored summer resort of the erstwhile British rulers. Unending expanse of tea plantations – pristine valleys and mountains- exotic species of flora and fauna in its wild sanctuaries and forests – aroma of spice scented cool air welcomes the tourist. Day 18: Munnar – Cochin
Morning after breakfast drive to Cochin . It is situated on the south-west coast of Indian Peninsula . It is known as the queen of the Arabian Sea and the Gateway to Kerala.On arrival cochin check in hotel and later on move out for the local tour. Visit the Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, St:Francis Church, Chinese fishing nets and Bolgatty Palace . Later in the evening return back to the hotel for an overnight stay. Renaissance Cochin.

Day 19: Cochin
Relax and overnight at hotel at Cochin. Renaissance Cochin.

Day 20: Departure
Morning after breakfast drive to Cochin Airport to board your flight to the onwards destination..
